Two People Arrested For Posing As Medical Office Reps To Get Oxycodone

Great Neck, NY (MorichesDaily) – A man and woman from Oceanside were caught posing as representatives of a medical office and phoning in an Oxycodone prescription to a CVS pharmacy, Nassau police said.

According to detectives, the suspects placed a phone call to CVS Pharmacy, at 1 Gussack Plaza in Great Neck and posed as a representative of medical office requesting a prescription for Oxycodone to be filled.

The defendants were placed under arrest when they attempted to pick up the prescription from the pharmacy on Wednesday, police said.

Gleeson and Bizella are both charged with Falsifying a Business Record 1st degree.

They were arraigned on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at First District Court in Hempstead.
