NEW YORK (MorichesDaily) – Buses are moving again after part of the Port Authority Bus Terminal was evacuated Wednesday morning after reports of a possible gas leak.

Officials evacuated the south wing of the bus terminal as a precaution as crews from Con Edison investigated.
The terminal at 42nd Street and 8th Avenue in Manhattan was reportedly evacuated.
Bus service to and from New York Port Authority will board and discharge all passengers on 10th Street.
The issue at the bus terminal was causing problems at the Lincoln Tunnel because the bus lane into the tunnel was closed and buses remained backed up as they entered surface streets on the New York side of the tunnel.
The inbound Lincoln Tunnel was reportedly experiencing a delay of 30 minutes due to the police activity at the terminal and ramps.
Buses could be seen pulling over several blocks from Port Authority to let passengers off.
Port Authority officials said they are ventilating the terminal.
